If you would like a quote on turf, just let us know. We typically do handwritten quotes, but customer service can send you a computer quote. A computer quote will come from Sports Turf Warehouse.
We do not have online ordering. If you would like to order turf, please call 855-258-4258 or 877-320-7395. After you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement via email. At this point, your payment method will be credited. The shipping department will then generate a Bill of Lading to prepare your order for pickup by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email titled "Invoice." The carrier's name, phone number, shipping date, and the Bill of Lading number (BOL), which is your tracking number, will be displayed under "Sold To" and "Ship To."
We take all major credit/debit cards, checks, bank wires, and most government-issued Purchase Orders (PO’s). We do not accept business purchase orders.
Our turf is in-stock and ready to ship. Closeout styles sell out quickly, but we always get new closeouts.
We want to get you the best freight rate available. The rolls of turf ship like rolls of carpet—on a cardboard core—and are too large for UPS or FedEx package car deliveries. So, we use LTL carriers. Freight rates are determined by how much you order and the ship-to location. The most economical freight rate is picking the turf up at the carriers distribution center closest to your ship-to-zip code. The second lowest rate is shipping to a business located in a commercial location (home-based businesses are considered residential deliveries). The most expensive is residential deliveries, although we have worked with several carriers in different parts of the U.S. that offer reasonable residential delivery rates. The quoted rates are good for 7 days. We ship all turf from Dalton, Georgia. All rates include a “Call before Delivery,” meaning the carrier will call you once the turf is in their distribution center to pick up or set up an appointment time for delivery.
We ship Monday – Friday. We ship within two business days unless a delay with shipment is discussed and agreed upon. We ship all turf from Dalton, Georgia. The estimated transit times will vary depending on the ship-to location. You will receive a “Call Before Delivery” to set up an appointment time for delivery or notification your turf is ready for pick-up. The turf has to be signed for. The truck driver is only responsible for getting the turf to the back of the truck. It is YOUR responsibility to off-load. Please be mindful of roll size—the larger the roll, the heavier the roll.
We do not provide installation services or sell any materials required for installation. However, you can purchase the necessary sundries from your local home improvement store. We recommend Roberts 6700 Turf Glue or Star Brands Stix 1100 for glue-down installations. You can also find turf seam kits at your local home improvement store. If you plan on installing the turf by yourself. We also suggest checking out installation videos on YouTube. We are happy to assist if you have any questions regarding the installation process. We have a list of recommended installers, but please note that they work independently of our company, and we do not assume any responsibility for their services. The installers' fees are negotiated directly with them, and we do not have any liability for the outcome of the installation.
